Sports Betting Rules

1. General Rules

Rocketpot's Sportsbook rules govern all interactive sports betting products and services offered to registered customers. They supplement the Rocketpot General Terms & Conditions and apply to bets placed on all sports and markets through the Rocketpot platform. The English language version governs in case of any inconsistency, and updates are published on the platform with immediate effect. Bets are accepted subject to these Rules and the General Terms.

  • 1.1 Betting information

All Betting Information is provided in good faith. Rocketpot does not guarantee the accuracy of dates, times, venues, competitors, odds or results and bears no liability for errors or omissions. Rocketpot reserves the prerogative to correct mistakes and to make final determinations.

  • 1.2 Validity of bets by start time

Unless a market is expressly designated as live, only bets placed before the official start time of the event are valid. Bets placed after the start may be voided unless the market is live and expressly described as eligible for in-play betting.

  • 1.3 Language precedence

In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.

  • 1.4 Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of events and scores prior to and during placing bets. Rocketpot does not guarantee feed data from external sources and bears no liability for information shown outside the platform.

  • 1.5 Rule changes

Rocketpot may amend these Rules at any time. Changes become binding upon publication on the Rocketpot platform and apply to all outstanding and new bets.

  • 1.6 Data accuracy and risk

All data displayed may be delayed or incomplete; bets are placed at the customer's own risk based on information available at the time of placing a bet.

  • 1.7 Finality of determinations

Rocketpot reserves the right to make final determinations on all matters related to bets, markets and settlements, subject to these Rules and the General Terms.

2. Abandonment, Postponements and Venue Changes

  • 2.1 Event status

If an event does not start or finish as scheduled, all unsettled bets are void unless a market is already unconditionally determined at the time of the official decision.

  • 2.2 Postponement window

Where an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event resumes within 48 hours of the original start time. If the event is not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled bets on affected markets may be voided and stakes refunded.

  • 2.3 Change of venue

A change of venue or location will render all bets on the affected match void, unless the market description specifies otherwise.

  • 2.4 Time and stoppage effects

Injury time and stoppage time are treated as part of the regular period for settlement purposes unless a market states otherwise. Markets dependent on additional periods (eg, extra time or penalties) are settled only as described in the market terms.

3. Results, Settlement and Adjustments

  • 3.1 Source of results

Settlements are based on the official result published by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. If official data is unavailable, Rocketpot may rely on in-house statistics or independent sources as a fallback, subject to ensuring fair outcome.

  • 3.2 Early or prior settlement

For customer service purposes, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. Rocketpot reserves the right to reverse such settlements if the official result differs from the initial settlement.

  • 3.3 Suspension of settlement

Rocketpot may suspend settlement of any market if there is uncertainty regarding the result or when the integrity of the market is in question.

  • 3.4 Post-result amendments

Any corrections to results announced by the governing body may lead to re-settlement. Any such re-settlement will be completed within a reasonable period and may affect customer balances accordingly.

  • 3.5 Video evidence and governing body decisions

If there is a conflict between on-field decisions and video review outcomes, Rocketpot will settle as at the time of the incident, unless the final decision is public and clearly specified. If video material exists, Rocketpot may rely on it to determine the final result. The company's decision is final and binding.

  • 3.6 Dead Heat

In a dead heat, winnings are divided among the winners in proportion to the number of winning participants as defined by the market.

  • 3.7 Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright markets remain valid even if a listed participant cannot participate, regardless of the reason. This applies to Winners, Top X, and similar outrights. Head-to-head markets are not payable under this rule. If multiple participants share the top position, settlement is shared equally among them in accordance with the official standings.

4. Bet Types, Multi-Bets and Bet Builder

  • 4.1 Bet types

Rocketpot offers standard markets including Moneyline, Handicap, Asian Handicap (In-Play), Over/Under, Correct Score, Half-time/Full-time, First Goal, Last Goal, and other common market types. Each market description contains the precise settlement rules for that market.

  • 4.2 Parlays and correlated bets

Rocketpot does not accept bets in which two or more selections are mutually dependent. Bets found to be correlated may be void in full or in part.

  • 4.3 Multi bets

Multi bets require all included selections to win for the bet to succeed. If any selection is voided or postponed, the affected leg may be adjusted to a single selection at odds of 1.00 unless market terms specify otherwise. System bets provide multiple combinations and may win even if not all selections are correct.

  • 4.4 Cash Out

Rocketpot may offer a Cash Out option on eligible bets. The Cash Out price is determined by Rocketpot and may reflect live events; once a bet is accepted, Cash Out may still be available depending on market conditions. If cash out is exercised, the remaining settlement follows the Cash Out terms published at the time of offer.

  • 4.5 Bet Builder

When Bet Builder is available, users may assemble a single wagering slip from multiple selections. Builder bets are settled according to the individual market terms; an invalid selection causes the entire Builder bet to be void.

5. Live Betting and In-Play

  • 5.1 Live data and timing

Live market data is provided for customer convenience. Rocketpot does not guarantee real-time accuracy and is not responsible for errors in live data feeds. Bets placed on live markets are settled based on the official result and market description.

  • 5.2 In-Play settlement

In-Play markets are settled using the score and event status as displayed by the official competition feed. Any goals, points or events prior to the bet placement are disregarded for settlement purposes unless stated otherwise in the market terms.

  • 5.3 VAR and official decisions

If a referee's decision is revised by Video Assistant Referee, bets affected by the revision are settled as per the final official result. Rocketpot will determine treatment of such revisions in accordance with the governing body's rules and the market terms.

6. Accuracy, Palpable Errors and Corrections

  • 6.1 Palpable errors

Rocketpot reserves the right to cancel or correct any bet accepted on the basis of a clearly erroneous price or description (palpable error). Where a bet has been confirmed, Rocketpot may offer to re-place the bet at the corrected price, cancel and refund the stake, or take another appropriate action at Rocketpot's discretion.

  • 6.2 Data errors

Rocketpot may correct errors in market data and event metadata. Bets placed on markets affected by data errors may be void, replaced or settled according to corrected data.

7. Odds, Rounding and Settlement Timelines

  • 7.1 Odds formatting

All displayed odds are in decimal format. Final winnings are calculated using decimal odds with two decimal places shown to customers on screen; the underlying calculation uses a sixth decimal precision for settlement where applicable, with winnings truncated to two decimal places as needed. The maximum time between settlement and potential re-settlement is 30 days.

  • 7.2 Play-or-Pay and formats

As described in Section 3.7, outrights may remain valid regardless of participant participation. Certain sports have specific format rules (pre-match and live) that may affect settlement times; Rocketpot reserves the right to apply or adjust formats as necessary. Bets on market formats with specific durations may be voided if duration falls outside supported ranges (e.g., certain multi-period structures).

  • 7.3 Result determination rules

For all markets, results are determined by the applicable competition's governing body, as declared on the official website or feed at the time of settlement.

8. Claims, Disputes and Customer Support

  • 8.1 Claims window

Customers may lodge claims related to decisions or disputes within seven days of the event's start or the bet's placement, depending on the market and the terms. Claims must be submitted to Rocketpot customer support in writing; Rocketpot will review and respond in a timely manner.

9. Governing Terms

These Sports Betting Rules operate in conjunction with the Rocketpot General Terms & Conditions. If any provision conflicts with the General Terms, the General Terms prevail. Where translations are provided, the English language version governs. Rocketpot reserves the right to amend these rules on publication on the platform.
