Bonus Terms

Scope and Application

These Bonus Terms apply to all Rocketpot promotional offers that are designated as bonuses, free spins, cash chips, or any no-deposit or deposit-based promotion available on the Platform. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions governing the use of Rocketpot and, where a conflict arises, prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Participation in any Rocketpot bonus is limited to eligible players who have completed the account verification process and who comply with these terms. A single person may not hold multiple accounts to access bonuses. The Company may suspend or terminate bonuses or accounts suspected of breach. Some jurisdictions are restricted; participation is not available to residents of those territories. Rocketpot reserves the right to request information to verify identity, age, and eligibility at any time.

Activation and Redemption of Bonuses

Bonuses may be activated automatically or claimed manually by the player. If automatic, the bonus will appear in the bonus balance and be subject to wagering requirements from the moment of credit. If manual, the bonus appears as Granted and requires user action to activate. Winnings derived from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal only after satisfying all wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise.

Bonus Types and Scope

  • Casino Bonuses: Applicable to casino games unless stated otherwise. Some titles may be restricted or excluded from wagering contributions.
  • Sports Bonuses: Applicable to eligible sports betting activities as defined in the offer terms. Wagering requirements and bet sizing rules apply as described in the offer.
  • No Deposit and Free Spin Offers: May be credited without an initial deposit. Wagering and cash-out limits apply as specified with each offer.

Wagering Requirements and How They Apply

Unless stated otherwise for a specific offer, wagering requirements are calculated on the total eligible amount credited as part of the promotion. Examples of standard structures include:

  • Deposit-based offers: 30 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus; winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn only after meeting the wagering requirement.
  • No-deposit or free spins offers: 60 times the bonus amount; winnings are subject to the same wagering condition and any remaining balance is restricted until completion.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Typical contributions are as follows, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

  • Slots and equivalent games: 100%
  • Table games such as Roulette, Baccarat, and Blackjack: 10–25% depending on the game (as set out in the offer)
  • Video Poker and other non-specified titles: up to 10–25% as designated
  • Crash and certain speed games: a reduced contribution (for example 20%)

Wagering is tracked per bonus and is applied to the largest active bonus first when multiple bonuses exist. Real-money bets are applied before any bonus balance is used for wagering.

Betting Limits and Round-by-Round Wagering

During an active bonus, the following limits apply unless the offer states otherwise:

  • Minimum bet per spin/wager: a currency-specific floor (e.g., 0.10 in base currency).
  • Maximum bet per spin/wager: a currency-specific cap (for example 5.00 in base currency) or as stated in the offer.
  • Per-bet limits apply to all games included in the promotion; any wager exceeding these limits does not count toward the wagering requirements.

Time Limits and Expiry

Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Typical durations are seven days from credit. Free spins usually expire within 24 hours of credit. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Some offers may include a separate expiry for the bonus balance and for the winnings generated by the bonus; those terms are specified in the offer details and govern over these general terms.

Automatic Cancellation and Forfeiture

If the active bonus balance falls to a negligible level or certain balance thresholds are reached as defined in the offer, the bonus may be automatically cancelled. If an individual withdraws before completing wagering requirements, the bonus, winnings, and any wagered amount tied to the bonus may be deducted from the account balance. A promotion may be cancelled at Rocketpot’s discretion at any time, with no eligibility to claim under that offer if not yet redeemed.

One Bonus at a Time and Non-Stacking Policy

Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. If an account holds an active bonus, triggering another offer may result in the cancellation of the existing bonus balance and forfeiture of related winnings unless the offers are designed to be stackable by Rocketpot.

Excluded and Restricted Jurisdictions

Participation in bonuses may be restricted in certain territories. Rocketpot will publish a list of eligible regions with each offer; players located in excluded jurisdictions will not be eligible to receive or use a bonus or related winnings. Where a bonus is offered, it is the player’s responsibility to verify eligibility before accepting the offer.

Account Cancellation and Reinstatement

Rocketpot reserves the right to suspend or close a player’s account if irregularities or breaches of these terms are detected, including attempts to abuse promotions, use of multiple accounts, or other deceptive practices. If an account is closed, any unredeemed bonuses may be forfeited.

Bonus Balances, Winnings, and Conversion to Cash

Bonus balances, winnings derived from bonuses, and any converted cash are governed by the wagering requirements. Upon completion of wagering, the applicable portion of the bonus balance may be converted to cash or rolled into the real balance in a manner described in the respective offer terms. Non-cashable bonuses may not be withdrawn; any remaining non-cashable balance may be forfeited on completion of wagering or at expiry.

Statuses and Management of Promotions

Bonus campaigns have defined statuses such as Granted, Claimed, Redeemed, Spent, and Expired. The player can control participation by opting in or out and by prioritizing which bonus promotions to use. Completion of wagering on one bonus does not automatically activate another unless the subsequent offer is accepted in accordance with these terms.

Irregular Play and Fraud Prevention

Rocketpot monitors transactions and gameplay for irregular activity or abuse of bonuses. Irregular play includes but is not limited to hedging, zero-risk betting strategies intended to exploit the bonus, collusion, multi-account activity, or inconsistent wagering patterns. The Company may revoke bonuses, withhold withdrawals, or confiscate winnings if irregular activity is detected or suspected.

Responsible Gaming and Compliance

Rocketpot promotes responsible gaming and conducts customer due diligence in line with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements. Players may be required to complete identity verification and provide documentation to continue participation in promotions. The promotion terms operate within the scope of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Promotions

Rocketpot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at its sole discretion, including changes to wagering requirements, eligible games, or eligibility criteria. Any such changes will apply to new offers and, where possible, to existing offers as stated in the updated terms. If a promotion is terminated after a player has redeemed it but before wagering is completed, the Company may adjust or revoke winnings in accordance with these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rocketpot's licensing and operations. Any disputes arising from bonus offers shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions and relevant regulatory requirements.
